HOW EPOXY RESIN WORKS
Typically 2 part mixes, part A and B are combined along with a colour pac.
This means that epoxy floor coatings can have 100% solids. Applying this to your floor means you’re getting a coating that has more bang for your buck than any normal paint in the industrial landscape.
Superior abrasion and impact resistance make these coatings first choice for heavy-duty industrial and manufacturing areas, such as aircraft hangers and factories.
Epoxy coatings are not just limited to mainstream flooring ideals such as garages, but have taken star development in newly developed epoxy that is warm to the touch.
Epoxy is ideal for restaurants, offices and even gymnasiums where reduction of noise and comfort underfoot is required. Add antibacterial micros and you have a floor that destroys 99.9% of bacteria on contact.
Epoxy and resin floors are a seamless flooring for industrial or commercial premises and include non-slip flooring, chemical resistant flooring, hygienic flooring, and are a great solution for food preparation businesses such as bakery flooring or butchery flooring.

WHAT ARE EPOXY COATINGS?
Epoxy coatings are a 2 part high build systems that are epoxy / resin-based, consisting of the main body and a hardener plus colour.
ARE THEY ALL THE SAME?
No. High industrial grade and chemically engineered epoxy’s or resins can handle high traffic loadings and have high abrasion resistance. Some also handle hydrostatic moisture in the concrete and have excellent chemical resistance. Some coatings are designed to handle heat and intense washing with 75 C water.
