Introducing Our State-of-the-Art Concrete Floor Shaver
We’ve recently added a top-of-the-line, heavy-duty electric drive concrete floor shaver to our arsenal of concrete polishing equipment. Known by various names—concrete shavers, planers, milling machines, scarifiers, or surface planers—this advanced tool allows us to tackle even the toughest surface preparation tasks with unmatched precision and efficiency.

Heavy-Duty, Dust-Free Concrete Floor Planer
Our heavy-duty electric drive concrete floor planer offers a dust-free solution for precision channel cutting. When paired with our Husqvarna HTC-D60, dust is efficiently collected and bagged for easy disposal, thanks to a robust 100mm dust hose optimized for superior suction performance.

The Process
Diamond cassette blades give a smooth, even cut leaving a clean channel. It can cut to 30mm deep and 335mm wide – extra width can be gained by more passes. It can cut 60LM/hour – 20M2.
Low weight of 495 kilos allows for easy transport and movement around
construction sites. The latest dust extraction technology surrounds the drum housing helping to lower the vibration levels.
