Rejuvenation Services

To rejuvenate existing or damaged concrete floors, we grind the floor then add a hardening agent called a densifier. This is a clear chemical compound that reacts with the substrate which helps makes the floor dustproof, less porous, easier to polish and is more durable.

We now use a liquid grout mixed with dust to even out imperfections. This gives an exact colour match.

Your newly restored concrete floor can then be polished to your preference – Matt Honed, Satin or Gloss and then sealed with a stainguard.

Cracks are a normal part of the concrete floor settling process.  Once your floor has settled you may wish to have your cracks filled.
